On Wednesday, May 8, NYPA’s Supplier Diversity Team hosted the 2024 NYPA & Canals Supplier Diversity Expo at The Opus Hotel in White Plains, NY.
The Expo helps minority and women-owned business enterprises, service-disabled veteran-owned business, and small business enterprise firms unveil their potential, build powerful connections, and drive the engine of progress.
Award Criteria included:
• Nominee must be a member in good standing with the NYPA/Canals
• Business must be NYS certified MBE/WBE/SDVOB or NYS Small Business
• Business with over five years’ experience, three years’ experience for the Small Business
• Growth in business
• Proven efforts to advance diversity in their workplace, community, and supply chain
