Chief Executive Officer and President Robert L. Domenici has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and has created three successful (SDVOB) service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. Receiving several small business administration awards as well as recognition awards from various business associations representing the diversity of the community. An innovator, risk taker, and leader in the SDVOSB community. His achievements were born through his service as a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, from which he developed a deep appreciation for strategic planning, operations, and communications with the highest-level military leaders to the benefit of commercial and governmental entities within the U.S. and internationally.
He served 22 years in the U.S. Army and led several national security efforts: most notably the development, implementation, and deployment of the U.S. National Guard Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Teams to support civil authorities at a domestic chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive incident site with identification and assessment of hazards, advice to civil authorities, and facilitating the arrival of follow-on military forces during emergencies and incidents.
